Recently we've implemented a Getting to Know You form for potential new hires.   A couple of the questions in there focus around musical taste.  Reason being - on a regular basis we play a little game of DJ.  Crank open a Collaborative Spotify List and take turns dialing in a soundtrack.  Musical fit is a must here at Bluefin.
