We worked with Walchem to [launch its Walchem Fluent™](https://www.bluefintechnologypartners.com/fluent-by-walchem) smart water treatment system in March, and since that time, the company has been continually moving facilities onto the system. Thanks to Walchem Fluent™, Walchem customers can use [Internet of Things (IoT) technologies](https://www.bluefintechnologypartners.com/connected-products) to maintain clean water across their cooling and heating systems. ## What Is Walchem Fluent™? Walchem Fluent™ blends IoT, process automation, remote monitoring and control, and data visualization technologies. The software tool works in combination with [Walchem controllers](https://www.walchem.com/controller-overview/) to provide real-time insights into all aspects of water treatment. What separates Walchem Fluent™ from a traditional water treatment system is its smart and connected capabilities. Walchem Fluent™ provides water treatment company professionals and facilities staff with anywhere, anytime access to the information they need to simplify and improve water treatment. It also enables users to leverage their Walchem controllers to make changes remotely, visualize recent and historic controller data trends, and manage workflows and alarms. Walchem Fluent™ is a valuable resource for water treatment services management. We worked with Walchem's product management and design engineering teams in the design, development, and deployment of Walchem Fluent™. Also, we evaluated the extensive functional capabilities of Walchem’s controllers in combination with its water treatment customers’ controller needs, expectations, and priorities.
