At Bluefin Technology Partners, we are proud to provide contactless [Internet of Things](https://www.bluefintechnologypartners.com/connected-products) (IoT) voice applications to businesses. We provide voice apps built using the [Amazon Alexa Connect Kit](https://www.bluefintechnologypartners.com/bluefin-blog/amazon-alexa-connect-kit-what-you-need-to-know) (ACK) that make it simple for businesses and consumers to stay connected without physical contact.   To date, we have delivered voice apps for businesses in a variety of industries — here's a look at three voice apps that showcase the power of contactless IoT: ## 1. Real Estate One [Real Estate One](https://www.realestateone.com/), a Michigan real estate agency, chose Bluefin to create an Alexa Skill that would allow home buyers and sellers to search for a home or get a quote on their residence. The [Real Estate One Skill](https://www.bluefintechnologypartners.com/tina-peterson-skill-for-alexa) allows buyers and sellers to explore the real estate market using their Alexa-enabled devices. ## 2. Walchem We worked with [Walchem](https://www.walchem.com/), an electronic controller, sensor, and pump provider, to develop and launch [Walchem Fluent™](https://www.bluefintechnologypartners.com/fluent-by-walchem), a cloud-based remote monitoring, control, and reporting system  that helps commercial, industrial, and municipal facilities maintain clean water in their treatment systems. Walchem Fluent™ IoT process automation, remote monitoring and control, and data visualization technologies. It works in combination with Walchem controllers to provide real-time insights into all aspects of water treatment, regardless of an end-user's location. ## 3. Shady Tree Landscaping [Shady Tree Landscaping](https://www.shadytreelandscaping.com/), a New England landscaping service company, wanted to build an [Alexa Skill](https://www.bluefintechnologypartners.com/shady-tree-landscaping-1) that would enable its customers to schedule lawn care and maintenance services. We provided an Alexa Skill that allows Shady Tree's customers to submit service requests via their Alexa-enabled devices. In addition to the aforementioned apps, we recently partnered with [Stack Education](https://www.stackeducation.com/) to launch the [Voice Technology and Coding Bootcamp](https://www.emerson.edu/majors-programs/professional-studies/non-credit-programs/voice-technology-design-and-coding-bootcamp) at [Emerson College](https://www.emerson.edu/).
